You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that degrades performance for others.

5. Payments

If you purchase paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Prices, token balances, and feature availability may change over time.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, including to maintain security, compliance, or performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
